These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at elnoramaison.ae (the “Site”), the purchase of pieces from our collection, and the services offered by Elnora Maison (“Elnora Maison,” “we,” “us”), based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site, placing an order, or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
1. The Site
Photographs and descriptions are provided to represent each piece as faithfully as we can. Because every piece is cut and sewn by hand, slight variations in colour, drape, and finish are natural and are not defects. Screens also render colour differently. Prices shown on product pages are the price payable for that piece in the size selected.
2. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or WhatsApp does not create a contract. It simply opens a conversation.
3. Orders & made-to-order pieces
Every piece in the collection is made to order. Nothing is held in stock; your piece is cut and sewn for you after you order.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece can no longer be made, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot reach you about a detail we need.
- Please allow 1–2 weeks for your piece to be made before it ships. This is an estimate in good faith, not a guaranteed date. If we expect a meaningful delay, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
- Because production begins shortly after ordering, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, or at any time before we begin cutting your fabric — whichever is later. Email hello@elnoramaison.ae and we will confirm in writing.
4. Sizing
Pieces are offered in standard sizes (XS–XL) and are made to the measurements of the size you select. Choosing the correct size is your responsibility — please ask us before ordering if you are unsure, and we will gladly help. As every piece is made to order, we cannot remake a piece free of charge because a different size was wanted after the fact.
5. Shipping & delivery
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery is a flat AED 20 per order, added at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin once your piece is finished, not when the order is placed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please ensure the address and contact number you provide are correct; we are not responsible for deliveries failed because of details entered incorrectly.
6. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, so they are not returnable simply because you change your mind. This is the trade-off of couture made in your size rather than pulled from a shelf.
- If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will repair, remake, or refund it at our cost — your choice, in that order of preference where a repair is reasonable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
7. Bookings, deposits & cancellations (studio services)
Sessions, packages, and memberships are confirmed by a written agreement and a deposit. Specific deposit amounts, scheduling, and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement. As a guide:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made within 14 days may forfeit the deposit, in full or in part, to cover artists, atelier time, and reserved studio space.
- Where Elnora Maison cancels a session, you may choose between a full refund of any amount paid for that session or a rescheduled date.
8. Pricing & payment
All prices on the Site are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Orders placed through the Site are paid in full at checkout, processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. For studio services, payment terms are confirmed in your booking agreement.
9. Photography & likeness
Use of your portraits, videos, or likeness is governed by a separate model release signed at the time of your session. Without that release we will not publish or share your image. Copyright in all photography produced by Elnora Maison is retained by Elnora Maison; clients receive a personal-use licence as defined in their package.
10. Confidentiality
Discretion is foundational to Elnora Maison. Anything you share with us in conversation, consultation, or coaching is held in confidence and is not discussed outside the team supporting your engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
11. Conduct in the studio
We expect mutual respect between guests, clients, and team members. Elnora Maison reserves the right to decline service, end a session, or refuse entry to anyone whose conduct compromises the safety or comfort of others.
12. Health & wellbeing
Coaching and wellness elements of our packages are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. If you are in crisis or under active clinical treatment, please consult your clinician before participating.
13. Intellectual property
The Elnora Maison name, mark, photography, written copy, and design of the Site are owned by Elnora Maison or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
14. Third-party links
Where the Site links to third-party services (such as social platforms, mapping, or payment providers), we are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Their use is governed by their own agreements.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elnora Maison is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or, except as set out in your booking agreement, the studio’s services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
17. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
